Spring is here and the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association had their 24th Annual Spring Tour of HomesSM in May! Our theme this year “Building New Beginnings” was very appropriate for anyone that were buying a new home.

Spring Tour of HomesSM featured 92 new homes priced from $109,900 to $1,979,990. These homes offered a variety of life styles, floor plans and amenities that should please everyone!
Additionally, there were 4 remodeled homes on the TourSM which helped consumers see what they could do to spruce up their existing homes.
Our local housing market continues to be strong despite the trends nationwide.
