The Spring Tour of Homes^SM “Big Move” offered you the opportunity to view 82 new homes priced from $119,900 to $1,450,000 and one remodeled home. These homes offered a variety of life styles, floor plans and amenities that would please everyone! Homes were located throughout the City of Huntsville, City of Madison, Madison County, Limestone County and Jackson County

The local housing market continues to be strong despite the trends nationwide. The 23rd Annual Spring Tour of Homes^SM was April 25 - 26 and May 2 - 3, 2009 with homes open from 1 pm to 5 pm each day.

Remodeled Homes – New to the Spring Tour of Homes^SM was the addition of one remodeled home. The remodeled home was open for viewing on May 2 - 3, from 1 pm - 5 pm each day.

Information on the 2009 Spring Tour of Homes^SM is still available on the website. You can search by area maps, builders, price ranges, subdivisions or type of home. After the Spring Tour^SM is over, please check with the builder before going to view these homes as they may have been sold and are now occupied.
